Diagnostics / No Fix Charge

All machines are subject to a diagnostics or no fix charge.

This covers my mechanics time of looking at your machine.

If you decide to fix the machine, this charge will go towards your overall bill.

Pick-up & Delivery Service

We offer pickup and delivery service: Our rates are based on time from our address to the pickup address. Pricing includes both pickup and re-delivery. The machine must be easily accessible and ready to be picked up. Please have it in the driveway or garage so we can push it on the trailer.

*Additional fees (starting at $25) may apply for pickups that require extra staff, tools, or labor. *

$100 = 15 Minutes and under

$125 = 16 Minutes - 30 Minutes

$150 = 31 Minutes - 45 Minutes

$175 = 46 Minutes - 60 Minutes

$200+ = 60 Minutes +

Anything longer than 60 Minutes can be discussed with the scheduler.

We only work on the pumps on Echo, Stihl, and Vortexx power washers. All other brands we only work on the engine.

Winter Service Program

Winter Service Program

Signing up for the winter service program will give you several advantages. The program is between January and February and only applies to spring/summer equipment. You will receive a discounted rate on labor, parts, or pickup and delivery. This only applies only if you sign up for this program, it does NOT include just dropping off your machine for repair.

Requirements:

-Can be dropped off and picked up only when you get notified (MUST be picked up within a week of being done)

-Pickup and Delivery will be scheduled and must be dropped off within a week of being done

-Set pickup/delivery price will be $50 round trip.

-Discounted rate from $119 to $99

-Parts will receive a 10% discount.

*please allow up to 3 weeks to fix the mowers to allow repairs for winter equipment or parts ordering*

*If deliver/pickup is not done within the 7 day period from being done, then $5 per day will be added to the bill. (exceptions can be made if communicated before hand*
